Transcom National Training was founded by Gareth Wildman, a professional driver with over 20 years of experience navigating UK / European roads. Throughout his career as a professional driver, Gareth participated in numerous Driver CPC courses. He consistently found that the training often fell short of expectations, with unprofessional delivery and, critically, information that wasn’t always accurate or up to date. These experiences highlighted a clear need for superior Driver CPC training across the industry.
Driven by a desire to improve the Driver CPC training landscape for fellow drivers, Gareth became a certified CPC instructor. He went even further, expanding his expertise by obtaining his International Transport Manager CPC qualification, actively working as a Transport Manager.
Armed with extensive experience, and an in-depth understanding of the challenges faced by drivers and transport managers, Gareth established Transcom National Training. His vision was clear: to create a company that delivers exceptional, DVSA-approved Driver CPC courses and exemplary, up-to-the-minute training for current transport managers throughout the UK.
