What is the difference between initial and periodic Driver CPC training?
For new drivers obtaining their Driver CPC qualification for the first time, the DQC card is issued automatically once they pass both the theory and practical tests, including the Module 2 and Module 4 assessments. This Card is valid for five years. within this 5 year period You must do 35 hours of periodic training every 5 years to keep your Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) to drive a lorry, bus or coach.

How do I get my Driver CPC qualification card (DQC)?
